Your main tasks:

• You manage accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting in compliance with the guidelines of the Canton of Zurich (Accounting Manual, ICS requirements, etc.)
• You support the Head of Finance & Accounting in various financial matters (financial accounting, VAT returns, intercompany reconciliations, annual financial statements)
• You prepare the monthly closing for cash and bank accounts
• You assist in the preparation of financial data, the creation of reports, and support in cost accounting
• You manage the accounting email account and maintain the contract database

Our expectations of you:

• You have a diploma in accounting clerk and/or have solid knowledge in financial accounting
• You are proficient in using SAP and Excel
• You are a team player and communicate well with different stakeholders
• You have a high IT affinity and a quick grasp of new tools and processes
• You have very good German skills, both spoken and written
