Deputy Team Leader Facility Management 80 - 100%
As Deputy Team Leader Facility Management, you are responsible for the daily business and ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of value of our properties. You ensure the smooth operation of all technical systems and guarantee safety and cleanliness at all locations.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the operational daily business of facility management including deployment planning.
- You troubleshoot and analyze malfunctions of the entire technical building equipment (TGA).
- You implement and further develop FM processes in the CAFM tool Campos.
- You prepare the activities of the caretakers and monitor the order situation in the ticket system.
- You manage and accompany external service providers (cleaning, craftsmen, suppliers, etc.).
- You participate in acceptance and commissioning at Eichhof West.
Your skills
- You have completed a basic technical education with further training in facility management.
- You have experience in technical and infrastructural building management.
- You bring initial leadership experience and enjoy working with people.
- You convince with your conceptual skills and bring experience in project work (management) as well as in the application and further development of CAFM systems.
- You have a driving license (category B).
