Your tasks
- Build, introduce and maintain the IT service catalog
- Define, coordinate and implement the service level management structure
- Design and introduction of service continuity management processes
- Control, monitor and optimize IT service processes according to ITIL (incident, problem, change management)
- Build and further develop operational level agreements (OLAs)
- Ensure service quality as well as compliance with SLAs and OLAs
- Coordinate internal IT teams and external service providers in cooperation with procurement
- Create service reports, KPI monitoring and regular communication with stakeholders
- Build, coordinate and optimize an IT sourcing strategy in cooperation with procurement
- Record and evaluate requirements of the specialist departments and implement them in service concepts
- Initiate and accompany service improvement measures (Continual Service Improvement)
- Support audits, compliance requirements and IT security policies
- Escalation management in case of critical disruptions
- Define and further develop the service management framework (processes, standards, etc.)
- Responsibility for IT service design and service desk management (interface, quality assurance, management of external partners)
- Support in disaster recovery & IT service continuity
Your profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, equivalent training or several years of professional experience in the IT service environment
- Sound knowledge of ITIL processes (ideally ITIL Foundation or higher)
- Experience in IT service or project management
- Technical basic understanding of common IT infrastructures (networks, servers, cloud, end devices)
- Strong communication and moderation skills as well as analytical thinking and assertiveness
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style with high initiative
- Openness to change and further development
- Very good German and good English skills
