About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Development and implementation of CRM strategies to optimize the customer journey in coordination with internal interfaces
- Support and further development of the loyalty program to increase customer retention and customer lifetime value
- Optimization of segmentation and personalization of marketing measures
- Design and management of multi-channel campaigns (CRM, newsletter, Meta, SEA) including partner coordination and performance monitoring
- Management of CRM projects including reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization
- Collaboration with data analysts to evaluate customer behavior and customer value
- Coordination of operational teams to handle customer inquiries as well as co-responsibility for the back office (phone, email inboxes)
- Planning and support of customer events including new formats for target group addressing and brand strengthening
What you bring
- Completed training or studies, further education in the field is an advantage
- Very good understanding of CRM strategies, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey
- Know-how in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) desired
- Strong customer orientation with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices
- Analytical strength as well as experience with reporting, performance analysis, and campaign optimization
- Affinity and interest in the casino experience world, as well as customer support
- Organized and independent working style
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
