Integration Consultant 80 - 100 %
Integration before retirement - this is our motto. The goal of our approximately 25 integration consultants is to maintain the workplace for people with a disability, preserve their ability to work, and support their professional reintegration into the labor market. To strengthen the integration department, we are looking for a responsible, patient, and resilient personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people in various life situations, starting by arrangement.
- You support insured persons, including young people, in maintaining their current job or in finding a suitable activity.
- You analyze situations, plan and apply appropriate measures in a goal-oriented manner, and use the services of the IV (disability insurance).
- You actively collaborate with internal and external partners, including interdisciplinary case discussions.
- You take on a responsible role in case management and document it in writing.
- You maintain your network with employers and continuously expand contacts to successfully integrate insured persons into the labor market.
- You have vocational training and several years of professional experience, preferably in HR/CM in the private sector.
- You have good social insurance knowledge and ideally further training in Supported Employment, Case Management, Coaching, or HR.
- You have experience working with people with health impairments and convince through empathy and advisory competence.
- You know how to design and manage processes, and a high customer orientation is natural for you.
- You gladly take on administrative tasks, are proficient in MS Office, and also enjoy working in the field.
