Your Activities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will learn to:
• Prepare administrative documents
• Manage a student’s file
• Respond to user requests
• Participate in exam sessions
• Use various computer tools
• Manage accounting (during a few months internship with one of the Faculty’s services).

Other professional certificates may be obtained during the training (e.g., website editing).
Your Profile
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for computer tools
• Genuine motivation for an apprenticeship in a public administration
• Good command of spoken and written French
