You have several years of experience in service, take responsibility, and enjoy leading a service team, whether in everyday life or at events. Tasks
⎯ Guest care, serving guests
⎯ Knowing the Nüni offer, advising on the offer (food, wine recommendations, etc.)
⎯ Providing all drinks
⎯ Serving food and drinks
⎯ Evaluating and checking daily closings
⎯ Accepting reservations and inquiries of all kinds and forwarding them accordingly
⎯ Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations
⎯ Ordering system and control of goods receipts
⎯ Deputy management of the service team in the absence of the operations management
⎯ Checking the duty roster and working hours in the absence of the operations management
⎯ Keeping clearing stations clean and checking them
Profile
⎯ Completed vocational training in the field or several years of professional experience in a similar position
⎯ Leadership experience or leadership personality
⎯ Independent, reliable, and conscientious way of working
⎯ Likeable, well-organized, and team-oriented personality who values guest contact
⎯ Excellent German skills and exemplary manners
