Join our team as a

• You coordinate the opening of positions in collaboration with the request validation managers
• You organize and lead kick-off meetings with managers to jointly define the selection criteria
• You write and publish recruitment ads
• You review, select, and pre-select applications
• You support the definition of salaries
• You manage all administrative procedures up to hiring

• You have between 3-5 years of experience in HR support, administration, or project management in a large company, ideally in recruitment
• You speak perfect French and German, and enjoy using these languages daily, as a large part of your vacancies are in French
• You are organized, reliable, and able to manage a large volume of tasks
• You demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a good team spirit
• You master HR processes related to recruitment and have already worked in an agile environment or wish to do so
