What you will accomplish:
- Processing all personnel processes together with our HR Service Partners around employment from entry, mutations, handling of illnesses and accidents, maternity and paternity to exit, including payroll
- Handling the recruitment process such as publishing job advertisements, managing the applicant database, and coordinating interviews
- Coordinating the processes of interim and work certificates
- Managing the HR mailboxes
- Supporting and participating in HR projects

- Successful education with vocational baccalaureate at the commercial school with good to very good grades and a long-term internship as a prerequisite
- You are a doer, think along, question, and actively bring in new ideas
- You are reliable, goal-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and are communicative, a strong communicator orally and in writing in the compulsory subject German and ideally French
- You drive operational tasks efficiently and with great care
- Good Microsoft Office skills and enjoy applying your customer orientation in daily interactions
