About the job

The departmental secretariat and the staff support the head in the management and control of the department. They take on cross-sectional tasks in the specialist disciplines of law, finance, personnel, and communication and form the interface between politics and administration or between the head of the department and the various areas. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed Clerk Finance & Accounting from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

Preparation of invoices as well as posting and checking of incoming payments

Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts

Preparation of VAT returns

Participation in the annual financial statements

Preparation of evaluations and statistics

Your profile

Completed commercial training

Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage

Several years of experience in accounting

Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment in dealing with numbers
