What you can achieve
- Active participation and continuous development of IT Service Management with a focus on service portfolio, service catalog, service billing, and provider management
- Responsibility for defining, negotiating, and monitoring service-level and operational-level agreements to ensure stable and reliable IT services
- Ensuring and continuously improving service quality through KPI‑based monitoring, meaningful reporting, and close collaboration with business units, internal IT‑teams, and external partners
- Use and further development of modern service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for efficient control and transparency of IT‑services
- Analysis and preparation of management‑information for the service catalog, including identifying optimization potentials and implementing improvement measures
- Management, auditing, and optimization of service‑management‑processes according to ITIL best practices
- Participation in the development of a sustainable IT‑sourcing‑strategy to strengthen service‑excellence and cost-effectiveness
What you bring
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, equivalent training, or several years of professional experience in the IT service environment
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (ideally ITIL Foundation or higher)
- Experience in IT service or provider management
- Basic technical understanding of common IT infrastructures (networks, servers, cloud, end devices)
