As the first point of contact in Limmi, the Servicepoint takes on a central hub function: You provide personal, telephone, and email advice, coordinate access, mobility, keys, rooms, and infrastructure, and ensure smooth daily operations in close collaboration with internal interfaces.
This is where you get involved
- Central point of contact for employees and external contacts – personally on site, by phone, and by email
- Support and management of the access system including assignment of access profiles, issuance of badges, and careful data maintenance
- Implementation and management of the mobility concept (assignment of parking permits and organization of the bus system)
- Organization and management of the cloakrooms
- Management of the key inventory including coordination of cylinder changes
- Implementation and maintenance of operational signage, e.g., door and room markings
- Coordination, planning, and management of meeting rooms for internal and external customers
- Close cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces such as building services, technical department, hospitality, and reception
- Support at reception/telephone switchboard if needed
You
- Completed basic training in commercial, technical, or IT fields
- Professional experience and/or further training, ideally in healthcare
- Strong service and customer orientation with high social competence, assertiveness, and enjoyment in dealing with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with operational and administrative systems such as Kaba, Exos, Navision, and Pep is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as resilience and calmness even in hectic situations
- Networked thinking, organizational skills, and a high technical affinity
- Professional appearance and confident German language skills in speaking and writing
