We are a small team with a big heart. We work closely, straightforwardly, and with a lot of mutual support. Humor is just as important as reliability.
Because we organize well, we distribute the 20% workload over the vacation absences of the administrative manager. During these weeks, we need you on individual half or full days – preferably in the mornings – typically 3–4 days.
Additionally, we work with a fixed weekly half-day, during which you are together with the administrative manager in the team and support her occasionally. This regular overlap strengthens collaboration, facilitates coordination, and provides more planning security for everyone involved.
For the start, we take several introduction days so that you can settle in confidently.
What you will move with us
- You take over the telephone service and are the first contact person for patients, referrers, and internal departments.
- You process referrals, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth operations.
- You work closely with our cost approval office.
- You support reporting and are responsible for general administrative tasks of the day clinic.
- You actively contribute to the development and improvement of our administrative processes.
You inspire us…
- with your commercial training and ideally further education as a medical/ hospital secretary, MPA, or equivalent qualification
- ideally with experience in a psychosomatic practice or clinic as well as confident handling of medical terminology
- with your pronounced social and self-competence, your ability to work in a team, and your high service awareness
- with secure IT skills in common office programs and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
