Your Tasks
- You take over the programming, installation, and commissioning of Ascom DECT, alarm servers, platform servers, and subscriber switching systems (VoIP / PBX).
- Your tasks also include accepting and processing move, add, and change orders.
- You contribute to projects in design, planning, organization, and implementation of UCC projects.
- In the analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support for occurring faults, you are in direct contact with customers.
- Contributing to technical solution concepts is also part of your responsibilities.
- You create and maintain documentation about your projects.
- On-call duty readiness is expected for this position.
- You clarify requirements and manage projects in direct contact with the customer.
What You Bring
- You have completed training in building informatics or computer science.
- In addition, you have experience in the Ascom portfolio IP-DECT and are well acquainted with Unite and alarm servers.
- Your knowledge of server operating systems (Microsoft and Linux) is well developed.
- You are familiar with Innovaphone or are willing to learn it.
- You have already gained extensive experience in the network area.
- You have analytical thinking skills and the ability to work independently, as well as a careful working style.
- Your high social competence and service orientation make you a pronounced team player.
- In addition, you demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and flexibility.
