For our client, an established construction company with exciting projects in building and civil engineering, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Construction Manager (m/f/d, 100%) in permanent employment.

Job Profile

In this responsible position, you independently lead and organize diverse construction projects in building or civil engineering. You always keep an overview and contribute significantly to the project's success. Your tasks include:

Comprehensive planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects – from preliminary work planning (AVOR) to billing.

Responsibility for cost control, schedule reliability, and quality assurance throughout the entire construction phase.

Preparation of estimates, offers, reports, and post-calculations to manage projects economically.

Close collaboration with clients, architects, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth processing.

Leadership, motivation, and coordination of the construction site team so that all participants work efficiently and goal-oriented.

Additionally, you ensure consistent compliance with all legal regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications:

A completed education as a certified Construction Manager SBA or an equivalent further education in construction.

Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in building or civil engineering in Switzerland – ideally with independently managed projects.

An entrepreneurial mindset combined with high personal responsibility and a structured way of working.

Confident handling of common construction software (such as Messerli or Sorba) as well as MS Office programs.

Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage and facilitate communication.

Last but not least, you possess a category B driving license to be flexible on construction sites.
