- Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clients in real estate law, mainly :
- Lease law
- Public and private construction law
- Property rights
- Neighbor law
- Other contracts related to real estate
- Resolution of complex legal issues in the aforementioned areas
- Conducting negotiations with insurers, opposing parties, technical experts, and authorities
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- University degree in Swiss law (MLaw)
- Continuing education in real estate law, an asset
- Bar exam certificate, an asset
- Prerequisite : proven professional experience of at least 2 years in the relevant fields (excluding internships)
- Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility, autonomy, and ability to manage a high workload
- Very good communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
