- You take full responsibility for the kitchen in the area of Thai cuisine as well as for ordering and inventory management
- You develop, plan, and create authentic Thai menus for our PRIMA POP UP restaurant
- You ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen operation and work independently and in a structured manner
- You guarantee consistently high quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- You contribute your own ideas and continuously develop the culinary offerings
- Your work significantly contributes to increasing the well-being and satisfaction of our guests
- You appreciate a varied, responsible environment with a lot of independence
Your Skills
- You have solid and verifiable experience in Thai cuisine
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position (e.g., as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef)
- You have completed training as a cook
- You are characterized by very good self-management, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
- You are resilient, flexible, and work solution-oriented
- You think and act entrepreneurially
- You bring passion, creativity, and high quality standards
- You have a quick grasp and speak fluent German or English
