Tasks

- Führe und plane ein Team von 4 Personen und externen Dienstleistern.
Skills
- Hochschulabschluss im Bau- oder technischen Bereich oder gleichwertig.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Infrastrukturbewirtschaftung und -entwicklung.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Umgebung.

Kartause Ittingen is one of the leading seminar and cultural centers in Switzerland and offers a highly versatile and exciting environment with hotel, seminar and banquet operations, restaurants, agriculture, viticulture, cheese dairy, nursery, fish farming, butcher shop as well as an offer for assisted work and living. It also houses the Thurgau Art Museum and the Ittinger Museum.
We were founded in 1977 as a private law foundation. In the first years, 40 million were invested in the reconstruction of the facility including new buildings and have been further developed accordingly ever since. After almost fifty years, many buildings and installations require cyclical renovations or complete renewals.
With this position, you have the opportunity to strengthen this area and accompany exciting projects.
From June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a
The following tasks belong to this challenging and varied position:
Overall responsibility for infrastructure (maintenance, management and further development of all buildings and technical systems)
Management and control of new construction and modernization projects of historic and newer buildings (including planning, budgeting, implementation, acceptance)
Leadership, development and deployment planning of the infrastructure team of 4 people and external service providers
Project management (project plans, timelines, budgets and decision-making bases)
Responsible for ensuring a secure IT environment in cooperation with our external provider
Safety officer of the entire operation
You bring the following:
University degree in construction or technical field or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in infrastructure management and development, ideally as a construction manager and in project management
Strong knowledge of construction and contract law, budget and cost management
Structured, pragmatic working style with implementation strength and awareness of priorities
High personal responsibility, resilience and enjoyment of independent work
Knowledge in the IT environment and experience in handling external service providers
SIBE experience in larger institutions
Very good knowledge of German
