We are looking for a committed personality as a Sales Manager (m/f) for the entire Swiss sales area.

Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of the sales strategy
- Leading a team with 12 field sales and 1 internal sales manager (including target agreements and control)
- Support and assistance of our trading partners
- Introduction and partial co-development of new products / innovations
- Participation in exhibitions and trade fairs
- Budget and sales responsibility
- You place special emphasis on operational business and significantly drive innovations and their market launch
- Development, control and implementation of sales strategies & sales promotion measures
- Acquisition of new customers, launching new products including price calculations
- Customer visits focusing on economic development, partnership cooperation and high-quality consulting
- Active support and advice to specialist planners

Your profile
- Several years of sales experience at the front, ideally in the building services industry
- Proven and solid leadership experience
- Completed technical basic training and a specialist further education, for example as a sales manager or business economist
- Ability to turn customers into partners while working independently, goal-oriented and absolutely reliably
- Confident German skills as well as good French skills; further language skills in Italian and English are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
