About the Role
Iron Mountain India is on an accelerated growth path. As the Commercial Excellence Strategy Lead reporting into the Head of India Commercial Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s growth agenda.Partnering closely with the India sales and functional leaders, you will design and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen sales productivity, enhance seller experience, and accelerate revenue and margin growth .This is a high-visibility role supporting the India business across all BUs.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the India senior business leaders to define and execute strategic initiatives that achieve multi-year plan (MYP) objectives.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics, and recommend effective strategies.

Provide intelligence on customer buying trends to inform product design and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Develop business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps for strategic initiatives.

Translate strategic requirements into operational frameworks, ensuring effective cross-functional execution.

Track progress on key programs, ensuring alignment and delivery of measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with global Commercial Excellence and India Commercial teams to implement transformational programs.

Mentor and coach junior members of the Commercial Excellence team, providing thought leadership on problem-solving and analytical frameworks.

Act as a thought partner to leadership, bringing in external benchmarks and best practices.
What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or a strategy role within a high-growth organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to design and execute complex strategic initiatives.

Expertise in market assessment, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, sales coverage design, and operational reporting .

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.

Intellectual curiosity with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.

Strong influencing skills, capable of working cross-functionally and cross-culturally within a matrixed organization.
