What I do
- Development and optimization of analog and digital circuits for sensor solutions
- Selection of suitable electronic components considering EMC, costs, and availability
- Support during commissioning, validation, and series transfer of products
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (mechanics, software, production)
- Management of development projects from concept phase to series maturity
- Moderation of project meetings and reporting to stakeholders
What it takes
- Completed degree (FH) in electrical engineering
- Experience in hardware development, ideally in an industrial environment
- Knowledge in circuit design (e.g., Altium Designer) and EMC
- Initial experience in project management or willingness to train for this role
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
