Hardware Developer & Project Manager (a)

• Development and optimization of analog and digital circuits for sensor solutions
• Selection of suitable electronic components considering EMC, costs, and availability
• Support during commissioning, validation, and series transfer of products
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (mechanics, software, production)
• Management of development projects from concept phase to series maturity
• Moderation of project meetings and reporting to stakeholders

• Completed degree (FH) in electrical engineering
• Experience in hardware development, ideally in an industrial environment
• Knowledge in circuit design (e.g., Altium Designer) and EMC
• Initial experience in project management or willingness to train for this role
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
