Tasks:
- case file processing and preparation of hearings
- acts as chancellor at hearings
- drafting of judgment projects
- preparation of reports and decisions
- research of doctrine and case law
Requirements:
- lawyer's license, doctorate in Swiss law or master of law or license in Swiss law
- preferential title given to work experience in criminal law
- excellent knowledge of Italian and good oral and written knowledge of the official languages
- ability to work independently, collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team
- writing skills
- good computer skills for text drafting and document research
- no ongoing enforcement procedure justified and absence of asset deficiency certificates
- Swiss citizenship
Special remarks:
- the position of vice chancellor I (class 11) can only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of vice chancellor II (class 10) will be assigned only to candidates holding a bachelor or a short degree or to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: those provided for by the Law on the organization of State employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any legal changes concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
