Sales Employee – Independent Sole Operation (m/f/d) 100% - Location in Chur

Here you bubble with enthusiasm:

Independent management of the entire store operation as a single person
Responsibility for opening/closing, cash register, daily closings
Active advice and sale of our assortment
Responsibility for goods orders, inventory, stocktaking, and best-before date controls
Implementation of clearly defined sales and loyalty priorities
Order, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and prices according to specifications
Regular exchange with the Retail Manager including KPI reporting

This is in your assortment:

Several years of experience in retail or gastronomy (ideally wine / spirits)
Proven very independent, structured way of working
Willingness to manage a store alone – without daily presence of a team
High sense of responsibility, reliability, and resilience
Understanding of numbers, processes, and economic contexts
Very good German skills, confident MS Office application
