Job Description
Your responsibilities
• Analyze and manage business needs for new or existing processes on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement small configuration changes directly in ServiceNow (e.g., catalog items, forms, flows, notifications – no scripting required)
• Create user documentation, coordinate testing (UAT), and support end-user training
• Lead and support ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering to deployment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external development partners
Qualifications
Your profile:
• Professional training in IT or a clinical field with a strong interest and affinity for digital solutions
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow, especially the ITSM module, ideally with more than 2 years of experience in a role involving configuration or project coordination. CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Practical experience in analyzing and modeling user needs and translating them into structured solutions
• Excellent communication skills – you express yourself clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing
• You are proactive, enjoy taking responsibility, and thrive in interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders
• You learn quickly and enjoy tackling new or unknown topics. You easily grasp complex issues and work independently to develop effective solutions
• Good understanding of software development processes, especially Agile methodologies and quality standards
• Good knowledge of ITIL practices
• Proficiency in French with a good knowledge of English; German, Italian, or other languages are a plus
