Job Description
Global department based in three different regions (Germany (Berlin, Düsseldorf), Switzerland (Zurich, Bioggio), and Singapore) responsible for managing corporate action transactions/processes (announcements, instructions, and payments).
Your main tasks will be
- Monitoring capital measures including any instruction deadlines
- Issuing instructions at the custodians/beneficiaries
- Booking voluntary and mandatory capital measures considering withholding and foreign taxes
- Clarifying discrepancies from capital measures (cash and securities)
- Inquiries from/to custodians, banks, and WM
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Team player with a high degree of motivation to constantly learn and grow
- Ability to operate independently in a very demanding, fast-paced, and complex environment
- Fluent in German and good English skills
Additional points for
- Experience in capital measures
- Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Banking System
- Knowledge of additional languages
