Job Description

Global department based in three different regions (Germany (Berlin, Düsseldorf), Switzerland (Zurich, Bioggio), and Singapore) responsible for managing corporate action transactions/processes (announcements, instructions, and payments).

Your main tasks will be

• Monitoring capital measures including any instruction deadlines
• Issuing instructions at the custodians/beneficiaries
• Booking voluntary and mandatory capital measures considering withholding and foreign taxes
• Clarifying discrepancies from capital measures (cash and securities)
• Inquiries from/to custodians, banks, and WM

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Team player with a high degree of motivation to constantly learn and grow
• Ability to operate independently in a very demanding, fast-paced, and complex environment
• Fluent in German and good English skills

Additional points for

• Experience in capital measures
• Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Banking System
• Knowledge of additional languages
