Process Leader 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

We are an innovative pioneer when it comes to ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

This is what you can achieve:

Second-level support for production (assembly) in case of malfunctions and technical questions

Maintenance, optimization, and further development of production processes as well as product structures throughout the entire product lifecycle

Assessment, definition, and implementation of technical changes within the framework of product and process optimizations

Creation and processing of specification, verification, and manufacturing documentation

Systematic root cause analysis of defective components and products, as well as initiation and implementation of appropriate corrective actions

Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects to increase production performance and optimize the production environment

Support, maintenance, and further development of internal test software, macros, as well as user-specific software and test methods

Development of sustainable solution proposals through structured analyses for defect elimination and continuous process improvement

Active further development of our corporate culture

This is what you bring:

Completed training or further education in production processes, systems engineering, or technical field (e.g., process specialist, process technician HF, technician HF systems engineering) or equivalent professional experience in this area or willingness to undertake corresponding further training

Independent, responsible, and careful working style

Knowledge of LEAN principles as well as experience with continuous improvement processes

Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of thinking

Communicative, employee-oriented personality with strong teamwork skills

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
