Your Tasks
- Social counseling of patients on various issues
- Assistance with applying for benefits (e.g. unemployment benefit II, sick pay, rehabilitation measures)
- Preparation of social anamneses
- Accompaniment to external institutions
- Cooperation with offices and authorities as well as inpatient and outpatient assistance
- Conducting individual interviews
- Aftercare organization/discharge management or installation of further assistance
- Work with relatives, networking
- Independent conduct of group therapies, e.g. for (re-)integration into working life, application training, and addiction prevention
Your Profile
- Completed studies in social pedagogy/social work or social work (Bachelor with state recognition)
- An appreciative attitude and enjoyment in working with people with mental illness
- Commitment, flexibility, and social competence
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- Driver's license class B
