Reference: CLS/RH/2025.700 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 80% / Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible hours) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
We anticipate the retirement of our dosimetrist. To ensure optimal continuity and preserve the expertise acquired, we are looking for a dosimetrist ready to gradually integrate, train with an experienced professional, and contribute to the quality of care offered to our patients.
What will you be expected to do?
- Plan and prepare treatments in close collaboration with medical physicists and radiation oncologists, with a spirit of coordination and precision.
- Optimize the delivery of radiation dose to effectively target the treatment area while preserving healthy tissues as much as possible, thus helping to reduce irreversible side effects.
- Actively participate in the acquisition and integration of patient anatomical data, notably through the fusion of radiological images, to enable the radiation oncologist to delineate target volumes with great accuracy.
- Assume specific responsibilities upon the radiation oncologist's request, such as reconstructing previous treatments, to ensure the safety and quality of new therapeutic plans.
- Contribute to the rigor and reliability of processes by ensuring precise nomenclature, essential to prevent any risk of under- or over-irradiation.
Who will you work with?
You will join a team consisting of a secretary, 2 medical assistants, and 14 passionate and enthusiastic technicians and dosimetrists. Innovation and collaboration are at the heart of their approach to achieve their common goals.In this position, you will be supervised by Malika Boutera, Head of Radiology and Radiation Oncology Services, who has solid management experience. Her great availability and listening skills facilitate open exchanges and establish a climate of trust. She pays particular attention to the development of each individual and actively encourages collaborative work.Essentials:
- Holder of a TRM diploma recognized in Switzerland
- Possess additional training in dosimetry: CAS or DU in dosimetry, Professional Bachelor's Degree in Dosimetry and Medical Radioprotection (LPro DORA)
- Solid experience in dosimetry
- Initiative, adaptability, and dynamism
- Good organization
- Empathy and listening skills

- Knowledge of ARIA, CITRIX/ETHOS software
