In this interesting and responsible position, you support our Head of Private Banking in Vaduz in administrative and organizational tasks as well as in interface management, within the own business area, as well as with other business fields and group companies.
Coordination of appointments and meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up including the creation of presentations and reports
Planning and organizing business trips of the management member
Building and maintaining communication lines in the respective markets of the business field as well as maintaining the flow of information
Supporting the management member and the local business management in fulfilling various control duties (e.g., compiling, analyzing, evaluating reports using various IT tools)
Coordination, organization, and accompaniment of events for customer or employee events, department management meetings, offsites, etc.
Active stakeholder management and collaboration with the local business management team as well as with the executive assistant

Several years of experience in banking, ideally as an executive assistant
Basic banking or business administration education; further training as an executive assistant or in project management is an advantage
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Very high customer orientation, assertiveness, and flexibility, as well as willingness to contribute ideas and support their implementation
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (OneNote is an advantage)
