Lubricant Technician 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• you promote and develop existing and new products for focus segments (product-market combination)

• you develop solutions and products and recommend them to promote the TCO approach with customers

• you analyze lubricant analyses and derive recommendations for action to generate added value

• you increase quality and reputation with customers through your technical expertise

• you capture technical trends and promote as well as implement new products and services within the team

• you interpret, comment on and advise on lubricant analyses (LubeAnalyst) and provide recommendations for action

• you support internal and field staff with technically complex tasks

• you ensure the technical hotline, assign tasks and document in the CRM

• you travel about 20% of your working time on site to customers

Your talents and experience

• you have a technical basic education with advanced professional training

• you bring practical experience in a manufacturing company

• you are familiar with lubricants, their composition and applications

• you are able to convey expertise understandably at different levels (training, coaching, etc.)

• you have very good German skills in speaking and writing, speak business fluent English and have good French skills

• you have a winning personality, act customer-oriented and entrepreneurially with a clear focus on solutions

• you are confident in handling and positioning yourself in social media

• you have very good Windows Office skills, especially Excel and Access
