About the job
Assistant Private Clients / Tax (80-100%)
- At the Zurich location, around 30 employees advise our clients in the area of Tax and/or Private Clients. The organization is carried out in specialized teams that cover different professional focuses.
- Together with another assistant, you ensure the smooth organization of all administrative tasks and thus make a significant contribution to relieving our lawyers in their daily work.
- Coordination of the team's overall secretariat
- Recording and management of deadlines
- General correspondence in German and English
- Invoicing and dunning
- Management of the electronic filing system, file maintenance, and other administrative tasks
- If interested and suitable, we also offer the opportunity to perform smaller legal tasks and expand your know-how in the areas of inheritance and foundation law as well as taxes.
- Successfully completed commercial training or high school diploma
- Initial professional experience in a comparable environment and position, preferably in a law firm
- Independent, service- and team-oriented personality who keeps a cool head even in hectic times and sets priorities correctly
- Absolute confidentiality combined with pronounced communication skills
- Confident German and good English skills, good MS Office knowledge, and flair for IT
