Presentation
The Human Resources Service (SRH) of the University of Lausanne (Unil) supports the Management, faculties, and services in implementing coherent human resources policies adapted to the Institution's needs. It manages HR personnel, provides HR tools and services, and offers specialized support to Unil units, thus contributing to the smooth operation and development of the University.
To complete its team, the Human Resources Service is looking for a
Head of the Human Resources Management Division.

Your activities
Directly reporting to the Director of the Human Resources Service and a member of its management committee, alongside 5 heads of specialized divisions, the head of the Human Resources Management Division participates in the strategic orientations of the SRH, defines priorities, and manages the HR management system of Unil to ensure its quality, coherence, and efficiency.
The division includes four HR units, each led by an HR manager and composed of an HR advisor and specialized HR managers, as well as a person dedicated to apprenticeship. The division represents a staff of 25 people. The position holder supports the development and implementation of HR policies, practices, and tools with a service-oriented approach, institutional coherence, and continuous improvement, responding to Unil's challenges and its HR function.
Your profile
Driven by a sense of public service and holding recognized training in human resources (Master's in work psychology, public policy and management, or law), you have several years of experience in a similar role and excellent knowledge of labor law and public management. A relational and caring personality, solution-oriented, you are recognized for your unifying spirit, great efficiency, and genuine interpersonal skills. You are also very comfortable with oral and written communication in French and English.
