LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern, with branches in Biel and Thun as well as the Concept Store MAGGS in Bern. To strengthen our logistics and warehouse management team at our branch in Bern, we are looking for a well-groomed, service-oriented, and team-capable personality as of March 1, 2026.
Logistics/Warehouse Management Employee 80% (m/f/d)
Would you like to actively support our team and inspire with your cheerful, motivated, and team-oriented nature?
Your tasks:
- unloading trucks and receiving goods deliveries
- distribution of goods within the Bern department store
- receiving postal deliveries
- disposal of waste, cardboard, packaging materials, etc.
- storage and tidying tasks
- unpacking and integrating new goods into the departments (textiles and hard goods)
- securing and replenishing goods in the departments
- preparing goods for new product displays on the sales floor (labeling, sampling, etc.)
- relocating, processing returns, and seasonal storage
- preparing goods for supplier returns
- assisting with inventories
- assisting with rearrangements in the departments
- general tasks to promote sales-oriented department design
- tidying up the storage areas in the department store
Your profile:
- You already have experience in logistics/warehouse management and enjoy working with goods
- You are physically fit, a helpful personality with a winning charisma, impeccable manners, and a neat appearance
- You are resilient and have a high level of commitment, are dedicated and flexible
- You can work Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to approximately 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and about once a month on Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to approximately 10:00 a.m.
- You have confident German language skills (any additional language is appreciated by our international clientele)
