What you will move
- Ensure internal control (SCI) IC in accordance with national rules in the area
- Process LTN cases in accordance with national rules in the area (investigations with authorities, employers, insured persons, etc.)
- Technical support (level 1) for the sites in the area and discussion of complex cases with the competence center
- Handle RHT and weather-related cases
- Implement SECO revision decisions in the area
- Assist the competence center and opportunities for advancement
What you bring
- Completed CFC-level training with professional experience in social insurance, preferably in unemployment insurance
- Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, the Code of Obligations, and the Unemployment Insurance Act
- Proven experience as a specialized employee
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) and the ASAL-SIPAC program
- Perfect command of French (another language is an asset)
- Passion for public service and high social sensitivity in connection with our activities and values
