Job description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - F/H/X to join our teams in Switzerland and support the management of strategic projects in a cloud environment, ensuring the optimization and coordination of orchestration and automation solutions (Kubernetes, AKS, Terraform).

🔥 Your responsibilities

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Work on Kubernetes / AKS, Helm, ArgoCD (GitOps approach)
Master Terraform (advanced level required) for Infrastructure as Code
Implement DevSecOps practices
Automate deployments and ensure the quality of deliverables
Collaborate closely with development teams
Have good knowledge of Azure API Management, Event Grid, AKS, Service Bus

🎯 Your profile

4 to 6 years of experience in complex DevOps environments
Mastery of Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Proven experience with Azure DevOps and deployment automation
Good knowledge of interconnected and demanding environments
Fluency in French (native language). English is a plus.
Appreciated experience in secrets management (Key Vault, Vault, SOPS…), SonarQube, Snyk, release management, multi-environment promotion, tools such as Harbor
You demonstrate strong autonomy, a delivery-oriented mindset, and the ability to structure and industrialize practices
You show proactivity and are a source of proposals
