Job description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - F/H/X to join our teams in Switzerland and support the management of strategic projects in a cloud environment, ensuring the optimization and coordination of orchestration and automation solutions (Kubernetes, AKS, Terraform).
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Work on Kubernetes / AKS, Helm, ArgoCD (GitOps approach)
- Master Terraform (advanced level required) for Infrastructure as Code
- Implement DevSecOps practices
- Automate deployments and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Collaborate closely with development teams
- Have good knowledge of Azure API Management, Event Grid, AKS, Service Bus
🎯 Your profile
- 4 to 6 years of experience in complex DevOps environments
- Mastery of Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps and deployment automation
- Good knowledge of interconnected and demanding environments
- Fluency in French (native language). English is a plus.
- Appreciated experience in secrets management (Key Vault, Vault, SOPS…), SonarQube, Snyk, release management, multi-environment promotion, tools such as Harbor
- You demonstrate strong autonomy, a delivery-oriented mindset, and the ability to structure and industrialize practices
- You show proactivity and are a source of proposals
