Polymechanic – Assembly – Long-term Assignment

Activities

Assembling, balancing, and testing turbo compressors according to specifications such as documentation and drawings
Developing and testing new processes in collaboration with engineering
Active assistance in optimizing existing processes as well as continuous improvement
You bring in new ideas and implement them together with the team
Performing condition analyses and minor repairs

Requirements

Completed basic training as a production mechanic or polymechanic
Solid professional experience in assembly technology desirable or willing to learn it
Interest in cross-departmental collaboration and a flair for highly precise technical systems
Team player, flexible, resilient, and reliable personality
