- Secondary education with federal certificate required, 2-3 years experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and medical documentation.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1), additional languages a plus.

About the job
Activities- Ensuring administrative processes as described in the SEM manual «Access to medical care for AS and procedures in BAZ»
- Implementing guidelines from the Medic-Help department management and SEM (BEKO)
- Coordinating doctor appointments
- Independently managing the entire administration of the nursing specialist area
- Participating in internal team meetings
- Responsible for (creating, maintaining, updating) individual medical files and filing
- Preparing medical files for transfers
- Further support for transfer preparations and execution
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Age: over 25 years
- Medical training (MPA, FaGe) and commercial training advantageous
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- Additional asylum-relevant language (advantageous) | spoken: B1 | written: B1
