What you can achieve

  • You are responsible for the timely procurement of our products and services
  • You clarify availability and delivery dates directly with our suppliers and independently take over the negotiation
  • You open new items in the ERP system, maintain the item master data, and optimize our warehouse
  • You take care of returns and coordinate batch recalls in close cooperation with the warehouse and specialist management
  • In addition, you take over the control and accounting of supplier invoices
  • You support the organization and execution of the annual inventory

What you bring with you

  • You have experience in operational purchasing with a focus on order processing and supplier contact
  • You are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel. You also work routinely with ERP systems
  • You are characterized by a quick grasp, which makes it easy for you to get started with new processes and systems
  • A structured, reliable way of working and a good sense of priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in coordination with internal departments and external partners in German
  • Teamwork is a matter of course for you, as is close cooperation with other areas.
