Our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG has launched on the global market the first autonomous dry cleaning robot for industrial use - the K900. Meanwhile, about fifty employees work worldwide and at the Eschlikon TG site on the development and success of the company.
To strengthen our sales team in Switzerland, we are immediately looking for a:
Junior Sales Manager Switzerland - french (90-100%)
In this responsible position, you will be the interface between our company and our customers in Switzerland and neighboring countries (France). You will promote the sale of our revolutionary cleaning solution by providing personalized and customer-oriented support in the field.
You are a budding sales professional with strong analytical skills and a solid communicator, capable of establishing productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in your region. You focus on increasing and developing existing customers as well as generating new business.

Your tasks
Your missions
- Advise and sell our cleaning robot to customers in the region
- Actively approach new potential industrial customers.
- Demonstrate the robot on-site at customers.
- Work closely with marketing, development, and Customer Success.
- Negotiate and conclude targeted contracts with customers or distribution partners, as well as internal coordination with the CSO.
- Follow up with existing customers focusing on upselling.
Your profile
Your profile
- Professional experience in indirect B2B sales, ideally in the industrial or logistics sector.
- Technical understanding to support distribution partners and end customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A young person with quick thinking and a "hands-on" mentality, who appreciates the freedom to undertake with a high degree of self-motivation and independence.
- Capable of negotiating in English and French mandatorily - German is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong affinity for digital technologies.
- Experience using CRM systems and good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Availability to travel about 60-80% of working time, mainly in Switzerland (French-speaking Switzerland, France).
