Your Tasks

Perform manual grinding and blending work as well as removal and replacement of bolts, inserts, and helicoils on engine parts (mainly CFM and P&W)
Grinding, reworking, deburring, and polishing to refine metal surfaces
Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation to ensure correct execution
Independent control and quality assurance of performed activities
Detailed documentation of all work steps for traceability and compliance with quality standards
Operation of various hand and power tools (e.g., polishers, straight grinders, etc.)
Adherence to 5S principles for a clean and safe workplace
Work in a 2-shift operation

Your Profile

Completed technical training or manual skills with experience in metalworking
Independent, careful, and reliable working style
Basic knowledge of IT applications
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
English skills at least at A2 level
