Manager within the Client Affiliation Team - Pension Fund 80-100%

Put to use your commercial expertise and your native French language and join our team as a Client Affiliation Manager of the Pension Fund.

Start date from March 1, 2026, or a date to be agreed upon.

• You primarily advise in French commercial clients and partners, in writing and by phone, on all our insurance solutions and on affiliation to our pension fund.
• You prepare offers for our clients and propose suitable pension solutions.
• You verify compliance with legal requirements and carry out necessary clarifications.
• You support clients during new affiliations, changes, and closures of establishments.
• You collaborate with other insurers and partners as well as with our umbrella association GastroSuisse.

• You have completed your commercial training (CFC) with professional experience, prior knowledge in the insurance field, especially in direct client relations, is an advantage.
• You have perfect command of French (your native language), both spoken and written, and you are also comfortable in German (company language); knowledge of other languages (e.g., Italian) is a plus.
• You quickly grasp new tasks and work precisely and in a structured manner.
• Open and adaptable by nature, you enjoy working in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.
