To strengthen our team in Visp, Switzerland we are looking for an Operator in the Gas Operations Mono Plants area.

Your tasks:

• As a shift worker in the mono plants in Visp, you will work alternately in the control room as well as in the plants of a production department with several plants (gas operations)
• In the control room, you monitor production, check and analyze process parameters, detect and resolve malfunctions, and safely start up and shut down the continuous production plants according to specifications
• In the plant, you work flexibly on the assigned plants on site and assist with changeover and maintenance work
• Working with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP as well as process control systems) rounds off your range of activities
   

Your profile:

• High commitment to improving the safety culture
• You are willing to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends; 4-shift model)
• Experience as an operator in chemical production or service companies and in handling process control systems is advantageous. Career changers from other fields are welcome
• You are interested and willing to learn new technologies and continuously further your education
• Furthermore, you work independently and reliably, are committed, resilient, and team-oriented
• You strive to ensure a high safety and quality standard according to requirements
