Production Manager
Manufacturing - Production | Sursee | 80% - 90% | immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Department management of the production team in personnel, organizational, and operational matters (10 specialists and around 60 employees with a psychological challenge)
- Motivation and enthusiasm of the specialists in their professional and personal development
- Support in calculation, order planning, and processing for various industries (e.g., carpentry and textiles)
- Optimization and continuous development of production (e.g., optimal use of the robot)
- Design and support of change processes and further development of the department (new building planned)
- Responsibility for process optimization according to Lean Management
- Active participation in the Neubrugg production management team
Your profile
- Technical basic training with further education in business administration or comparable
- Further education in pedagogy, leadership, lean or change management is an advantage
- Several years of experience in production management, planning, and control as well as calculation
- Extensive experience as a leader with pronounced delegation skills
- Digital competence as well as confident handling of Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems
- High social competence as well as clear and appreciative communication skills
- Positive and constructive attitude towards changes and new innovations
- Winning, positive, and hands-on mindset in collaboration
