For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated person at the Nänikon/Greifensee location, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO, as: Assistant / Project Support 50 - 80% (all genders) Your tasks: This support position assists the management team as well as the Head of MTWIC in organizing, planning, and conducting meetings, events, and other administrative tasks. The position contributes to smooth internal communication and efficient back-office processes within MTWIC. In this role, you will take on the following activities: You support the MTWIC division in administrative matters, especially in the preparation, organization, and follow-up of meetings, workshops, team events, internal information sessions, employee events, and business trips. You participate in projects and partly create sophisticated presentations, project, and management reports. You are responsible for preparing internal communications as well as maintaining internal communication channels and filing structures. The coordination of production tours as well as office management (design of office spaces, ensuring a functioning office infrastructure, ordering materials) complete your profile. Job enrichment / further development: Depending on your profile and workload, you will also be involved in training coordination (training management) as well as in the automation and streamlining of back-office processes (continuous improvement processes).
