ICT Specialist (Apprenticeship)
Your new tasks
- You install PCs, tablets, and mobile phones and put them into operation.
- You integrate peripheral devices (e.g., notebook, printer) into the network infrastructure and resolve malfunctions.
- You work in support and assist users in handling ICT tools.
- You know the company-specific settings of the hardware used and the standard applications/operating applications to be able to support quickly and with high quality during installations and support cases.
- You analyze problems and find solutions in collaboration with other specialists.
