What to expect

• You take over case management of insured persons who are expected to be unable to work for a longer period.
• You analyze the individual situation early and initiate targeted measures for professional reintegration.
• You are in direct contact with insured persons, employers, attending physicians, and social insurance institutions.
• You work closely with colleagues in claims processing at the headquarters as well as with our regional agencies.
• You actively shape the reintegration process – always focusing on a sustainable and fair solution for all parties involved.

What you bring

• A completed basic education – ideally supplemented with further training in case management and/or social insurance
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• You work goal-oriented, independently, and solution-focused.
• Your high social competence, healthy assertiveness, and commitment distinguish you.
• You are flexible, willing to travel, and possess a valid driver’s license (car).
