For our location in Basel, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as 

Head of Installation Department 80-100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire operational service delivery in the electrical sector
• Independent management of demanding projects from A to Z (including acquisition)
• Revenue and result responsibility for project and execution planning
• Analysis of the contract and delimitation of the scope of services
• Preparation of key figures, final invoices, supplements, and monthly project post-calculations
• Enforcement and monitoring of legal requirements and internal guidelines
• Participation in inspections
• Technical and personnel management of the department

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed further training as a federally certified electrical installer or as a certified technician HF (with expertise)
• Relevant and many years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
• Strong relationships with electrical planners and potential clients in the Basel / Baselland region
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Creative and independent working style
• Open, extroverted, and resilient personality
