Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for all main tasks
- Personnel and vacation planning
- Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative correct adherence to services
- Ensuring communication with supervisors as well as with the customer
- Employee management and team meetings
- Organization of basic and special cleaning work throughout the facility
- Compliance with cost center budgets
- Implementation of process and quality controls
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Further education with expertise in cleaning / housekeeping
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a comparable position
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills
- Solution-oriented and independent working style as well as flexibility
- Impeccable reputation
