Customer Relationship and Satisfaction
- Supports the customer throughout their stay in connection with their hierarchy and other services of the establishment and responds to their needs by ensuring a quick and appropriate intervention.
- Ensures the quality of the service and guarantees full customer satisfaction, in line with the objectives set by the Brand.
Technical Profession / Production / Environment
- Ensures the proper functioning of technical and safety installations, detects malfunctions and intervenes accordingly.
- Performs occasional repair work, carries out maintenance and troubleshooting operations.
- Advises their director on technical problems, and monitors the interventions of external service providers.
- Develops and monitors corrective action plans following mandatory inspections.
- Manages technical equipment stocks within the set budget while reporting to their hierarchy.
- Participates in relations with subcontracting companies while advising on corrective actions.
- Optimizes energy consumption by monitoring usage and proposing improvement actions.
- Performs duties within the framework of Product-related standards, as well as directives and regulations defined by Management.
Operational Management of the Aparthotel
- Is involved daily in the operational and administrative functioning of the aparthotel.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards regarding hygiene, cleanliness & safety of property and people, relying on procedures and tools provided.
- Works in compliance with the brand's environmental commitments.
Your experience and skills include:
Significant experience in building maintenance is an asset
