The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. - An institution including acute care and rehabilitation facilities, a private clinic, nursing homes, medical centers, and on-call services spread across the La Côte region as well as the first clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the care environment in French-speaking Switzerland.

- An occupational therapist diploma recognized by CRS or in the process of recognition (possibility to do the internship while working).
- Experience in hospital occupational therapy is an asset.
- An interest in supervising students in training.
- Dynamism and heightened sensitivity to relational aspects.
- Communication, listening, and pedagogical skills.
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and a sense of information sharing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and adapt to patients and colleagues.
- Strong interest in the interdisciplinary approach and comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient care during their hospitalization.
- Participate in the development of outpatient hand rehabilitation activities.
- Assess the patient’s functional abilities, set treatment goals, organize and conduct treatment sessions.
- Measure patient progress and adjust treatment goals.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary therapeutic process.
